A small leak can do a lot of damage if it’s left. We find and fix leaks from pipes, joints, valves, cisterns and appliances, replace stopcocks and isolation valves, and deal with all the everyday plumbing faults that crop up in any home. Where we can, we’ll come out the same day.
When you call with a leak, we’ll talk you through isolating the water if it’s safe to do so, then get to you as quickly as we can. We trace the source rather than just the symptom, repair it properly and let you know if we spot anything else that’s likely to cause trouble.
We also carry out general maintenance and small improvements: replacing seized stopcocks, adding isolation valves so future repairs are easier, re-routing pipework during building work and fixing noisy or knocking pipes.

What should I do if I have a leak?
If it’s safe, turn off your water at the stopcock, usually found under the kitchen sink, and switch off any electrics near the leak. Then give us a call and we’ll advise on the next steps.
